Like many others have posted, their pedicure prices are at a premium ($65 lowest) which can be justified for a 45 min spa-like experience, however, the service felt rushed (literally the lady was bumping into things rushing) and I had to remind about really cleaning the feet. A lot of places think we just want our toes to look cute, but I’m coming to really get the feet and toes clean.
In the end, she did a nice job but nothing that is worth the $65-$95 they price for their pedicures.

If you are looking for a nail salon that is clean, organized, attentive and has high quality equipment and products then you should come to Zen Spa in Bronxville. The staff is caring and friendly. Helen, the manager/owner, is the most understanding and helpful manager a spa could have. She works very hard at assuring all customers are met with a smile and taken care to their liking. She lets no customer be unhappy. She herself will do pedicures when they are busy. And note: they are excellent so they do get busy. Try to make an appointment if you are able to. I been coming here for a little over 2yrs now. This place is very clean and everyone is nice and welcoming. They always take me in quick.
I do think they can work on the service they provide. I went in for a regular pedi this time and i was done in 12 minutes. I don't think the lady cleaned my feet well or scrubbed them at all. I didn't get at least a 2 min massage. I know its a reg pedi but i am spending $35 plus 20%tip so i just believe i should get a bettet service. She also did not paint my nails perfect. My heels are dry. They were not scrubbed. I really could've saved my money and did my feet myself. I just wanted to get pampered... read full review
