“If you are looking for a nail salon that is clean, organized, attentive and has high quality equipment and products then you should come to Zen Spa in Bronxville. The staff is caring and friendly. Helen, the manager/owner, is the most understanding and helpful manager a spa could have. She works very hard at assuring all customers are met with a smile and taken care to their liking. She lets no customer be unhappy. She herself will do pedicures when they are busy. And note: they are excellent so they do get busy. Try to make an appointment if you are able to. Walk ins are welcome (my husband joined me and was fit in ) but yes he waited a few minutes without complaint.Regardless, Helen tries to always see the customer is very satisfied.
