“I was a walk in. Fortunately, I was there when the office opened. I was taken right away. The office assistant was very professional, social distancing was practiced, I observed that the exam area was wiped after each patient.
Dr. Digiorgio gave me a thorough exam and explained the outcome to me. I have used Dr. Digiorgio in the past and will continue to do so. Costco has a large variety of frames and offer very courteous and quick service.“

“I have been wearing glasses since I’m 3 years old, now 36. I have poor eyesight, -10.5 in each eye, a recipe for very, thick, awful looking lens. I had been referred to The Optical Shop recently, and spent quite a bit of time looking at frames with the dynamic mother daughter duo, placing an order for a pair of frames atypical from my usual style. About a week later they were ready, and WOW. I was floored. The lens looked, dare I say, normal?! Just a regular pair of gorgeous glasses. It was the first time the lens weren’t sticking out of the frame, and I couldn’t be more pleased. “We arrived a full 45 minutes ahead of a scheduled 11:00am follow-up appointment with Dr. Ali. We asked if an opening occurred, we would happily take it. We were seated in a crowded waiting room no more than five minutes when our name was called. After a brief period in the inner waiting room, we were greeted by Dr. Ali , who examined Laura, advised her to use eye moisturizer daily and pronounced her well. We were back in the car and headed home by 11:00, the original time of the appointment“

“Thank you to AJ! I had a horrible situation where I could not locate a contact in my eye for hours. It was super painful and AJ removed it for me. I was a crying mess. He was so kind, gentle and accommodating. He gave me drops and covered my eye to keep me from touching it until I could get to a doctor. I cannot explain in words how deeply grateful I am. I didn’t get her name but there was a woman working at the desk who was also attentive. Both of them made a terrible situation less so. AJ thank you 100 times over.“
