We spent many months working with Sheila in their Bronxville office. I don't know what the other brokers are like, but Sheila is tops. We had a modest budget (modest for Bronxville) but really wanted to live there. However, we were also very specific about the type of house we wanted (pre-war, colonial). Sheila stayed in constant email contact whenever a house came up that she thought we should see. Her suggestion that we see everything in our price range was right on. It made us realize that we probably wouldn't find what we were looking for in our price range and that we might need to make some compromises.
