I needed day of shipping in the Bronx. The prices were reasonable, the bouquet was full (I got the smallest version), it came with a vase AND they delivered it within 2 hours. I was so impressed & will definitely use this service again.

I ordered a fall themed flower arrangement with a pumpkin vase to give to my mother for her birthday on behalf of my son, she was very surprised and excited to see such a beautiful and different arrangement. She was was very happy with her gift that was also accompanied by a Happy Birthday balloon and a box of chocolates. I would also like to add that customer service were very helpful and polite when I called with some questions. I was very satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely order again in the future.

I was disappointed. I made an online order and had it set to be delivered for Monday May 11, 2020. For the day after Mother's day. I had called early in the afternoon on Monday to make sure they received my online order and they reassured me that they did get the order and were getting it ready for delivery and that it would be delivered soon. It was passed 5 p.m and No delivery! I called multiple times and no one would answer the phone. I e-mailed customer service close to 7 p.m Then it was passed 7 p.m. and I called again and still no answer. I finally got a hold of someone after 8 p.m. They Delivered the flowers at 10 p.m. People are sleeping by that time! It was very stressful. I'm glad the flowers looked good. I had to make sure my mom would stay up and not fall asleep so she could get her flowers. This was not a good experience and very unprofessional. This location was in the Bronx 272 Willis Ave. This can be a learning experience for the company. The Flowers were beautiful. But please have better customer service and delivery.
