This is a great supply house very friendly. They are very knowledgable and haave always been a great help. One of the brothers Bob is always willing to help you, he explains everything and his suggestions alway save money. If I could give more than a 5, I would.
I went there earlier this week for a problem that I was having with my AO Smith gas water heater and Bob took his time with explaining to me exactly how I had to install my vent system to avoid the backdraft problem I was having!!! Bob had all the parts that I needed in stock!!! Bob's employee Fito is amazing as well as all his other employees. I then took a good friend of mine there and Bob took care of him with his AO Smith gas water heater problem which was still under warranty!!! Bob once again took his time in explaining to us exactly what to do. Moving forward both of us will only deal with Westchester Square Plumbing Supply for ALL our Plumbing needs!!!!!! Bob and Susan are absolutely amazing. I have yet to go in there where they haven't had exactly what I've needed they've even taken time out of there crazy day to help me with my specific needs. I will never go to another supply house again
