this company is so disrespectful and the owner is a rude man obviously suffering from emotional issues. cant control his emotions and wont let you get a word in on the phone will only yell at you like a child. got my car towed for 4 miutes and thought i would get some sort of customer service instead i was met with disrespect. will be filing all complaints with all governing offices. have already gathered all the information. will make sure to file a small courts claim off of principle. CHARGED THE WHOLE FEE TO HAVE MY CAR BACK FROM THE SAME PARKING LOT. Did not charge the drop fee!! Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, this company is disgusting, workers are rude and nasty, they are inhumane, and should not be operating. They only “accept cash” because their credit card machine is “broken” but by the reviews I’m reading it’s been broken for years. This establishment is connected with the NYPD precinct in the area and that is why they are getting away with these things. Do not even think twice to use them.

SCAMMERS scammers THIS COMPANY IS A COMPANY OF $CUMBAG$ $CAMMER$ FROM OFFICE DOWN TO THE WORKERS.
