Our old boiler of 110 years was rusty and old had to be replaced. Rockway installed new American made boiler on time during the summer season.
The new boiler works perfectly. Heating our townhouse just the right amount.
Great customer service and communication. The 1 star review given about their truck being double parked for a few minutes during a delivery is unfair and not representative of the years of outstanding service I have received. Highly recommend.
this is one company I’d suggest to any and everyone. Rockway has been servicing my burner for years and I can’t think of one complaint. It’s nice to see a familiar face year after year, I’ve dealt with Juan on multiple occasions and he’s always a pleasure. Along with everyone else on the team. It’s also great that they are available 7 days a week. You never know when an emergency is going to arise. Rockway is fast, reliable and always professional.Service: General repairs
