No staff to greet you only signs that point to the multiple viewing rooms for the multiple customers. When I went for the wake of a fellow coworker, there were 4 viewings going on simultaneously and a lot of chaos. Viewing rooms are large, bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Bathrooms were in the basement and the smell coming from them was ungodly. All in all it's a funeral home, you're expecting it to be comfortable, inviting, stress free. These are things you probably won't find here.
