“I had multiples issues and they resolved them all. -Frames I purchased from their business broke and they provided a warranty ( wasn't expecting it) -they were able to take out lenses out of old frames that didn't fit and sell me new ones to fit the lenses - they refit another pair of my glasses So awesome and I feel so relieved to know they can provide services like this“

“I just had my very first appointment with them and I’ve never rushed to write a 5 star review so quickly! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and such enthusiasm that made me feel so welcomed and comfortable to be there! ✨They were so kind to me and every other person who walked in after me that I was truly amazed! Strangers were treated like friends! I was initially nervous going in at first because I’m an easily anxious person, but as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was noticeable calming and friendly.
