Opex is an incredible locally-owned gym. It offers clients customized weekly workout plans. The coaches are knowledgable and helpful. The clientele reflects a diverse range of fitness levels, bodies, and ages. It is also parent-friendly. All of this makes me, a "non-gym person," feel comfortable in the space. They also serve amazing coffee! Go for it.
I found this place online and before even visiting I already knew I was going to join. I set up a tour with Adam. When I arrived Adam was not there, so another gentleman gave me a tour. The tour was fine, but when I asked him for the price he told me Adam had to give me the price,which I found very odd for a business. Adam called me and seemed very distracted. He verbally gives me some prices, which I don't understand why the first person couldn't do that. I ask him to provide me the price in writing. He says he will text me. Never does. I email him.
