My children and I visited this provider 3 years ago. Everything worked out well and we received our glasses. This year, about a month ago, I wanted to make another appointment to renew our glasses rx but I keep getting connected to a woman that barely speaks English and keeps saying the "other lady" is not there and then she tells me to call back or when she did help me, she couldn't find my eligibility information. I have Local 371 so when I need dental work or glasses, I give the provider my ss number and they find my information and make the appointment. This young lady (I guess the new receptionist) kept saying she couldn't find my eligibility... read full review

SAVE YOUR TIME DONT GO TO THIS PLACE / SALVE SU TIEMPO NO VISITE ESTE LUGAR (No dan prescripciones y le mienten sobre los lentes que elija). very unprofessional place, went in for a check and requested the prescription, they refused. I picked some glasses and when I went to pick them up they were completely different glasses. The staff is useless and their service even more so.
