I need a closet shelf for my bedroom and I’ve tried on two occasions to purchase one at Home Depot. I need it trimmed/cut down because my closet is smaller than the standard shelf size. The saw in the lumber section has been “broken” for two weeks. I called yesterday so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then the same person that was taking care of me, when asked AGAIN if the saw was fixed, said I’m yeah no, no it’s broken and that’s it. No...should be fixed in a couple days...nothing. Tell me, how does Home Depot not have the ability to get a saw fixed? I don’t want to buy a circular saw for the one time I need one.
