Grand Concourse Animal Hospital was very polite and welcoming to my family and my dog Sammy. They made us and my dog very comfortable. Hector, the Drs. assistant, was very knowledgeable and took the time out to explain everything to us. All the staff was just patient and uplifting..

My outcome was not the best but the nurses , the doctors and supervisor Brian or Bryan were very comforting during the transition for our boy Prince? .. we still miss him dearly but happy he didn't suffer too much & we were under the care of this facility during one of the busiest holiday season.. sad result for us but amazing care & service from the staff .. I am FUREVER GRATEFUL ?? for their kindness during a heartbreak during the holidays?? thank you , bless your hearts and hands

I was very pleased with there services. My bill was costly but the manager helped with making a payment plan. The wait time was not a factor as I was taken in minutes after arriving. The vet was very nice and explained every step of the way. I highly recommend any pet owner to visit this office.
