We were going to shop at Home Depot but like to support local family businesses. Very helpful and patient staff. Great selection and prices. Worth a trip to the Bronx to get exactly what you need.
I absolutely loved this place. Lauren was so attentive, patient, and informative. Their customer service is top tier and I can not thank them enough for all their help. The tiles I ordered came through right away and they look fabulous!
We are renovating two bathrooms so I visited four or five stores to find tiles (including the big box Floors & Decor). I’d picked out most of my tiles but I wanted a purple one and hadn’t found one I liked. I went to Gen-Tile and they had SO much variety, in particular they had a huge selection of vibrant, colorful tiles. I found an option I liked but they didn’t have a sample in the purple so Lauren ordered one. I fell in love with it and with the exception of one tile I’d previously picked out, I ended up switching over to Gen-Tile for everything.
