Over priced & incompetent while being rude. I requested to have the elastic to be replaced; I was charged $30 for nothing. Then, I complained & instructed the rude worker on what to do so my pants won't fall down; the reason why I was having the elastic replaced. I was told " I know what I am doing!". I walked there in high heat to have to come back another Saturday. Look elsewhere.Service: Alterations

I've been using Frankies Cleaners for years now. I really appreciate them. The tailor there are amazing, very detailed. And the service is a 10!!! I live far away now and I still go there. They're The best.Service: Alterations

They fitted my wedding dress and my 4 bridesmaids dresses. I was afraid they wouldnt be done in time, but the man assured us they would be ready, and he kept his word! They did a beautiful job and everything fit perfectly. My only issue is the size of the space. Its very small. Theres a tiny fitting room to change and then you walk out into the main area where they put the pins right in front of the door. Other than that small issue, I was very impressed with their work.
