“I had a recent loved one pass away and I needed to pay my respects as well as send a floral arrangement for the funeral service. Unfortunately the procrastinator that I can be… I forgot to order the flowers. Well Bella’s Flower Shop came through for me. Erica who helped me through the process of selecting the perfect arrangement, was very professional and helpful. I was able to select the spray the morning of the service, which was also scheduled for early afternoon. The arrangement made it 40 mins before the service started. “The service here was above and beyond. Carlos was absolutely amazing. He took his time and understood what we needed.. He asked all the right questions, because of course we had no working brains. He was kind and caring. The entire staff was amazing from the moment we entered to the moment we left and even after. There was a flower he could not get and called and sent photos of the replacement options.. He also called and asked he he could add pink roses for us. The service is beyond exceptional.
