I ordered flowers on Feb 10 and its been over a week and no delivery. I contacted the office and the guy kept telling me he will call me back and never does. The flowers cost $81.66 which was taken from my bank account. He is very nasty and hung up the phone on me saying all he can do is call someone else but bbwwould not give me gge
TL:DR version: Flowers (some drooping, dead and cut I might add) were to be delivered on my wife's birthday as a surprise somehow arrived a week early. I ordered through ProFlowers and I'm guessing the bouquet was assigned to this particular florist. Delivery date was set to my wife's birthday to surprise her. To my dismay upon getting home in the evening the day after I placed the order, we see a bouquet of flowers on the front porch. Now that the surprise was ruined, upon examination of the bouquet, I could see drooping flowers, cut greenery and just an overall cheap looking bouquet when I paid quite a bit for it. To add insult to injury, on the manifest sheet that was stapled to the plastic over the flowers, the delivery date is clearly visible several times on the sheet. I understand mistakes do happen and we are all human but I'm not sure how a mistake like that can be made when the date is clearly right in front of you. When I got on the phone with a ProFlowers representative, I was told that the florist made no communication with them in regards to delivery. Anyone using ProFlowers receiving rouge flower deliveries from this establishment will be in luck but my estimate is don't count on getting flowers on the date you say you want them. I feel the one star is pretty deserving here, it's pretty hard to argue against it. Sure, quality of bouquets can be improved. After seeing work from this florist would make me want to stay away. Delivering on the wrong day would be the last straw for most I'd say. It certainly is for me.
