Shelly is very helpful, patient and kind. She demonstrates excellent customer service a few glitches but she answers your calls and emails promptly I would recommend her as an effective customer service representative.

I usually do not post reviews, but I was moved to do this due to their EXCELLENT, transparent, efficient quality of service.The organization may be growing in size, but it is DEFINITELY big on PROFESSIONALISM, MORAL ETHICS, CONFIDENTIALITY and POSITIVE RESULTS.There is absolutely no doubt that the team holds great knowledge relating to the correct ways to complete these documents, to include immigration forms.I work extremely hard for my money. I honestly believe my money was well spent here. My sister's documents were ready ONTIME as promised.They were patient with her and my mother. I know some people are very difficult to work with when they come into your business place. I’ve been at Tony’s office and seen some really atrocious behavior by some clients. My experience however was really good. I got my Conditional Green Card. Tony did maintain his cool jovial demeanor and dealt with the situation in the most professional manner and I admire him as a true calm, collective business man with a passion for his clients, work and excellent customer service. In no business you can ever please everyone, so it’s all a part of doing business. I give Tony and his staff 5 star because they worked for it.
