Don’t waste your time and energy at this clinic. They are unprofessional and poorly organized. It feels like their main priority is billing insurance rather than providing quality patient care.
My PCP, Karen Gill, was also unprofessional. If they are unable to see patients at a specific time, they should not schedule appointments and make people come in just to waste their time.
Even something as simple as filling out paperwork becomes unnecessarily stressful. They send you back and forth over basic forms and make you feel uncomfortable instead of helping.

Had a 9am appointment to speak with a GI. Was at the office 8:40am
STILL WAITING AT 10:46am! Unacceptable.
Overheard front desk reception saying the doctor wasn't even in at around 9:15a because someone else asked as they had been waiting awhile too. If you have a scheduled time to begin seeing patients you should be in before your first appointment time - it's common sense. You cause an unnecessary back up. And now, magically, the appointment disappeared from my Healow app.
I am about to get up and walk out and find another GI to go to that's more respectful of other people's time. I've been more than patient.
My older brother recently referred me to ESSEN and am SO PLEASED that he did! At ESSEN there is NO WAITING... they expedite EVERYTHING. Once seen on initial visit, they coordinate all and any referrals and appointments with no haste. Am going to change my Primary Care Physician there as a result of the outstanding service everywhere I have been to date within their network.
