I wish I had read the reviews here before calling Egon. He is very unprofessional, intellectually lazy and hasn’t a clue how to mount a flat screen TV on a wall with wooden studs behind.I called him to my house last week to mount a 50 inch television in my basement. He arrived, spent a little bit of time in the basement and announced that they were not enough screws or the right screws to do the job. He managed to mount the bracket on the wall. But he did a terrible job and I later had to call in an actual professional to redo it. Reported these losers to Angie's list ---.they should not be allowed in anyone's house. Their customer service is abominable.Beware of these people they are sketchy and shady.

Promise to keep prices low and insisted he was trying to save me money. Then price gauged at the end. I knew someone who could do the job for less but because of the pandemic couldn't come out. Was unprofessional about the misunderstanding he created still insisted on me paying more.
