I went with my granddaughter, and We asked for a pixie haircut and this worker tells us that the boss does not want anyone to give short haircuts. Terrible welcome, never returning!!
I wasn’t going to make a review but I feel like if I do I will save someone’s hair ?? I’ve been coming here for years when I use to get perms. I now have natural hair of 6-7 years. I wanted to come here to get my hair straightened for the first time in a long time for New Year’s. Before I even did my hair I asked how much it would be to the head lady of the shop, she told me it would be $40 for a wash and set and cut. I have shoulder length hair when my hair is curly. But when you straighten it out it’s past my shoulders not too much. As one of the ladies were washing my hair they were really ripping out my hair with their comb. The Mexican man who did my natural hair damaged it all, I burned my hair so much that it broke from the scalp. I called the salon just to tell them to learn more about natural hair and instead of listening to me the lady started yelling at me like a maniac. Lack of profesionalism . Women, if you have natural hair, better not even go to a Dominican salon. They will make you feel bad about your texture and say that your hair is bad just because it is curly.
