Literally went there for a silk press and wind up getting my hair permed, I have thick hair and I had my own conditioner plus they made me pay for it (additional fee) but they used there own after washing my hair out it most likely had perm because my hair is breaking off and my texture changed from 4c-4b to 2b or 3a. Very disappointing, angry and frustrated I went there for my prom and wind up getting my hair severely damaged. I don’t recommend going there and they grossly over charged, don’t send your kids there alone, unless your okay with getting overcharged from $50-80 and your hair permed without your permission, go right ahead.

I been coming here for a good while but it looks like they get lazy and lazy when it comes to Someone with a lot of thick big big hair . I just wanted my regular wash and set with deep conditioning and a blow dry with trim I will not be going back to this place ever again the elderly lady the old lady washed my hair and she was very very rough combing out my hair to put the rollers in it she was using a tiny tail comb to comb out my hair ripping through my hair to put the rollers in it.. I don’t know why I even sat through that nonsense and did not say anything.
