This people are thiefs. I drop my 14k gold chain to get it repair, when i went to pick it up, they swapped my chain with 10k chain, when i confronted them and ever. Showed pictures of my chain that is totally different from the one the gave they refused the give me back my chain, i called the cops and cops couldn't do nothing becuase they said it was a civil matter, that i needed to take them to court. So pretty mucho they robbed me in plain sight. DO NOT drop off any jewelry to get fix, if you do make sure you take details pictures before u leave this jewelry store. I needed a couple of dollars so I pawned my choker at this place called diamond jewelry store. Mind you this is not the first time I conduct business with this lady.. Now, I bought this choker back in 2000 so the gold is better than what is being sold in these jewelry stores today. Ok so, I was in the hospital for a while. Once I was discharged I went to the store to get my jewelry back. When I got home I examined and noticed something different about it. This lady and her son took the charm and the clap off my choker. So now my choker is worthless and it doesn't fit correctly around my neck.. Please believe me when I tell you to be very careful dealing with these people,...read full review
