Give yourself an extra 15 or 20 minutes because they run behind schedule on appointments. Staff are relatively friendly and the office is clean. Didn't get my blood drawn because of an error in my doctors order so I can't speak to the skill of the phlebotomist.

I've only been here once but it went very well. It was a Wednesday and I came right when they opened. I was out in about 20 mins. To be fair, they said it usually wasn't that empty in the mornings but I guess I got lucky. Pleasant staff also.
