I love the parking lot; the premise is kept cleaned and organized. The registration process is very lengthy for the newcomer as they are the one that have to do it themselves on the iPhone or iPad (provided) I think if someone is sick or doesn't feel well that is the least, he/she wants to think about doing in the Urgent Care office.
City MD was very clean and staff were friendly. I loved that before seeing the doctor, the receptionists helped me with whatever I needed help with. They were respectful and kind. They also informed me of everything that was going to happen step by step. The open communication was very helpful. Overall a great experience!
Everyone was very pleasant! They were professional, attentive, thorough, friendly, and helpful in every way! All was done in a timely manner. The place is very clean too. Highly recommend it.
