UPDATE: The dealership apologized and sent me a check for some of the extra interest that had accrued because of the lenders illegal practices. They have also promised to NEVER use Valley Bank again.

Its been few weeks i booked my car under warranty repair and try to arrange the car pick up the lady said they don’t pickup the car but let her try with manager if manager allow then she can arrange. No one came to pick up the car on appointment then i call back and rearrange with her and she arranged the car pick upDiagnose was done, and they keep the car for one night and next day they fix the car and delivered at my home.All was covered in warranty great service

Wonderful experience buying a Ford Maverick. I made the appointment online, received a confirmation called the next morning. On arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by Ed and brought promptly for the test drive. The pricing was transparent, the entire team pleasant and professional and the sale was completed in 4 hours with home delivery that afternoon as a courtesy. Highly recommended !
