I I do not recommend this business because the last contact I have with them I was told that a woman named Miss or Mrs Rabinowitz would call me regarding my issue with them and she never called me miss or Mrs robinowitz had done that in the past too.

The name Bestcare is an understatement, some of the home attendants I've had work with a loved one are lazy and DO NOT! know how to clean. One aide took it upon herself to spend over $400 in a month buying groceries with my family member's EBT card and had the nerve to call me in the same month telling me there was no food in the refrigerator. I think this goes for any home care agency caring for your loved one, make your presence known because if they don't see family members checking in the aides get comfortable doing the bare minimum. Let this be a cautionary tale keep a watchful eye on the aides.

Don't know why such bad reviews i have never had a problem .Everyone is ver helpful.Mrs Williams is always willing to help.If she is not available she gets back to me as soon as sje can.
