Eli, from Best Locksmith NY, who helped me this morning was genuinely great. He was prompt, professional, offered me options and explained the specifics of them with exactly the information I needed, fixed my problem completely, and all for a great price. I would definitely use this company again.

Eli came to take the locks off my apartment and then place them on my temporary apartment . He was very nice and the transition was very smooth .
He will be coming back to switch my locks when the renovations are done . To know how smooth the process will be is a good feeling .

It’s time to move back into my apartment . 1 month ago Eli came to remove my locks and put them on my temporary apartment. Now i have moved back into my permanent apartment and Eli came to complete the transition for me again. It was smooth , fast and easy.
Eli was recommended to me by Andy, my local DT Hardware & Houseware store near the riverdale area. Eli was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. The day before my lock was damaged and called urgent locksmith services and the person who came wasn't able to fix the issue left us with the temporary fix and overcharged. Sent Eli pictures of the issue, and he knew exactly how to fix it. I was worried, but he did not steer us wrong. He's humble and personable. Got the job done in less than 25min. I would absolutely recommend him to others and will call him if needed in the future. Thank you Eli, appreciate your help.
