John and his team did a great job installing a motorized 14' awning off the west side of my home this summer. John answered all my questions and Wayne was awesome. His team showed up promptly and explained how all the features worked. Wish I'd done this years ago!

We saw an ad in our local paper about Sunsetter awnings. We had one at a previous home and phoned to inquire. We were surprised the business was in Brockport, nearly a 2 hour drive from us. Mr. Lemke was easy to deal with on the phone and sent us a catalog and a number of emails with choices. We sent a photo of our deck electronically to be sure we got the right kind of mount. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for our order to be delivered. After 6 weeks I emailed to see what the deal was. A subcontractor called that evening to set an installation appointment in two days. Two workers arrived on time with all the right tools and ladders. They worked pretty quickly to get the awning installed. It was exactly as ordered. Sean, the lead worker, went over the controls with us and provided a thick owner's manual. My only issue was that it took so long, but we got exactly what we wanted.
