I had a problem and gave Jeff a call. Unfortunately he wasn't able to come to my location that day but he talked me through trouble shooting. He replied very quickly to any phone call or text giving me detailed descriptions on what I needed. I'm pretty handy so I didn't mind doing it myself if I could. Thankfully Jeff walked me through what I needed to do. I'm definitely going to call again if I need electrical work done. Very knowledgeable and friendly
