I have needed to have an eye exam for over two years and have been putting it off because I moved and didn't want to have to figure out a new place where I would have to go through everything again. Well I finally found this place through my insurance and man oh man am I glad I did. The staff was all extremely helpful and professional and not to mention the doctor herself! Easily the best eye related experience I've ever had. Every single detail was thoughouly explained to me by the DR and I asked a lot of questions too. I absolutely love the doctor at Visionworks in Brockport, NY. The staff were fantastic too. I noticed a couple of the other reviewers remarked on the staff being rude. That wasn't my experience at all. It's really easy to mistake a flatter affect for disinterest or even hostility. The masks make it even harder to convey emotion. The staff at Visionworks Brockport were competent and friendly. Glad to have them so conveniently located!
