Clarkson Veterinary Hospital offers quality care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets in Brockport, New York. The hospital's warm atmosphere is staffed by superb veterinarians and caring support staff dedicated to patients and clients. Pet owners appreciate the staff's knowledge, concern, and caring attitude, trusting them with their pets' health and well-being. The staff are helpful and go the extra mile, accepting Friends of Animals certificates. Many clients continue to travel for the hospital's exceptional service, with the techs being awesome and Dr. M being caring and wonderful with pets.
They were able to reschedule my appointment the day before appointment dueto money issues. When I went to appointment with my dog they were extremely nice. They were understanding of low money. Offered FOA I fo to help pay for fixing my dog, explained what was and wasn't covered with FOA payment certificate. They explained what was needed to happen prior to appointment. They also let me remain in the room while I sent my dogs vaccination records to them, telling me when they received my email. I will be going back to get my dog fixed, and more.
We have always had a wonderful experience with Dr Miller. She’s very knowledgeable and kind to our animals. Always knows how to help & has the answers. We’ve been going to her with all of our pets since I was young. This trip she was even sweet enough to offer my kids coloring pages & crayons. They enjoyed their experience and watching Jozy get her shots. They’ve even been playing pretend vet ever since. We love Clarkson Vet & won’t go anywhere else.
Took my malinois here last week and they were awesome. They took their time with the check ups to make sure these two were calm and not scared, lots of treats!!! Before they ran any labs they made sure to discuss the costs so I wasn't blindsided in the end and took extra consideration in gators past kidney problems. I know my dogs are in great hands at this vet office.
