6 months I would have given them 5 stars . I have used them for over 10 years with great service. Recently they cut a tree down for me. While grinding the stump out the line for my invisible fence was cut. When I called and asked for the bill to be adjusted because I needed a service call to fix I was told it was my fault . I do take some responsibility but an apology and even $50.00 off the bill would have been fine. Instead I was told it is an easy fix and I could do it myself. What happened to customer service??
