“My furnace was making a terrible smell at 9pm, and I wasn't sure what to do! I am new to the area and not knowing what contractor to call, started a "A" and worked my way on. Tom was the first person and only person to call me back promptly and even though it was far after hours, rushed out when he understood how nervous I was about my new house and the problems it might have. He discovered of all things, a mouse had made a nest in the furnace pipe thing and after clearing it out and doing his tests, said I would be all set. Problem solved! When I have central air installed in the spring I know who I will be calling!“

The initial company I called quoted me at least $6,000 for an 8-hour job (with a crew of 3-4 men) just for panel work. Working with a strict budget and limited time, I called Tom.
