I went to the JECT location in Bridgehampton for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The shop is clean and warm, front staff was welcoming and Erica was knowledgable, quick and attentive. I will be making JECT my new go to spot for all my future aging needs.
Elite Pools did a wonderful job this year as always. Robert was always helpful and responsive and Aaron provided great service all year. We needed some special care given a new deck we put in and Elite was there when we needed them. Thank you.
I worked directly alongside Frederico as his personal assistant & senior office administrator for just over 12 years, and to say it was a great learning experience would absolutely be an understatement. While the work is certainly challenging & stressful at times, it’s also very consistent, rewarding and satisfying when accomplished, for example; creating hand drawn landscape sketches from surveys or 100’s of monthly invoices completed with no mistakes. During the summer season days are usually split between desk work & outdoor garden market work which is a nice change of pace (I miss the peaceful moments of watering rows of plants).
I’m very proud to have been a longterm part of what he’s developed his company into. His work ethic is second to none & he demands the same from everyone but he’ll also be right there moving plants getting dirty in the garden in the July heat too.
I’ve grown to gain the upmost respect for Frederico & UEC over all this time while also considering him a friend and leader, as he is unabashedly demanding, specific & precise in his methods, he is also an incredibly effective & successful businessman who’s celebrated 30+ years as a highly regarded expert in landscape & interior design.
If you want a natural, refreshed aesthetic… look no further! Catherine was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for without me knowing what I wanted walking in. Her consult was thorough and I felt really comfortable with our plan. My mom keeps saying how great and rested I look (I’m exhausted ?). You’re in the right hands at Beauty and Fly!

Was able to be fit in within 15 min of calling. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. The technician was gentle and stopped along the way to make sure I was happy with the shape and the color. She also took her time. I highly recommend and will be back!
