“I have used Chris on several occasions and every time I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Chris is hardworking, honest, neat worker, and also a really a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. He also knows how to do it right, and doesn't shortcut things.He's done all the jobs that I've asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesn't look right or thinks it should be replaced he'll point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. He just does the right thing. He'll take a shortcut if you ask him to, but he'll tell you why you shouldn't do it and what you should do instead.I trust his opinion, I'm very satisfied with his work product. While I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any work, I hope not to have to see him for a while. “This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required.
