Putnam Dental Associates on Rte 6 is a friendly and warm dental office. You're greeted by office staff upon arrival, who take the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Everything is explained about cost and insurance that is accepted by the facility. Dr Ern and his assistant Patricia are two of the kindest people to meet. Dr Ern explains everything in detail and recommendations are suggested. I am not a dentist fan but Dr Ern takes the time to explain options; if one is a coward. I definitely recommend this facility because the workers work together to make you feel relaxed and worry free.

This place was very nice and had a home feel to it, everyone acted professional and knew what they were talking about! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this place, but my free consultation was a quick in and out and told me my problems and my solutions and I was on my way! Fast and simple the way I like it!

I can't say enough of how great Dr.Smith is as well as the dental hygienists that work for her. When I lived in Astoria I had a dentist that was extremely capable however did not listen to a thing I said. This sucked because I was in continual pain and was forced to try to find another dentist that accepted my insurance. From the beginning this were definitely different from any other dentist that I've ever been to. From their supportive staff to their charitable projects you're not going to find a better dentist in this area. I feel so amazingly fortunate to run across these folks.
