If you want your pet in good hands, Southeast is the place to go. My girl, Myla, decided to eat a sock and needed surgery. I'm very thankful for everybody in the office, from my calls to Suzanne, to the care she received from the back room staff and the doctor.
I wish I could give more stars. I run a new rescue organization for mostly Guinea pigs, poultry and barnyard animals. I am also a veterinary technician, so I am familiar with the field and common practices. I went to several veterinarians for each type of animal and was not thrilled with each place I went. I feel so lucky to have found Southeast Animal Hospital. This small, private practice is a hidden gem among all of the corporate animal hospitals these days. AND…not only do they see cats and dogs, they see exotics as well— even goats and sheep!!! I am so impressed with Dr. Nowowiejski, his practice and his staff. The office is clean and the staff are all so nice and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Nowowiejski is an amazing vet and knows all of the up to date AVMA protocols. He takes time with each patient, answers all questions and makes great, appropriate and necessary recommendations. It doesn’t feel like you are part of an assembly line of rushed appointments. As busy as he is, he has welcomed and taken great care of our rescue animals (many vets do not accommodate rescues as it is time consuming). He is the type of vet that really seems to love what he does and does it to help animals. He is what kids envision when they say they want to be a veterinarian when they grow up.
