I am totally terrified of dentists. So finding a good dentist was important for me. I came across Putnam Dental and read tons of great reviews so i decided to give them a try! The staff was GREAT. My Dentist was super friendly and made me completely comfortable. Everyone was amazing with their work and im happy to say that ive referred my entire family and look forward to going back. Actually i was so impressed i already made my appt for my next cleaning and cant wait. The staff was so funny and nice. Great job getting this terrified girl back on track with her teeth :)
Very friendly office! Jessica at the front desk was so warm, and comforted my daughter when she was upset about having a cavity. They are a very thorough team & seem to really care about your dental health. The only thing is that we arrived 15 minutes late for a 10am appointment (totally our fault, we messed up) and then it took 3.5 hours for them to see all 3 of us….just for cleanings. I joked to my husband that it felt like we had moved in. So, maybe our lateness threw things off, but the fact that it took soooo long holds me back from giving 5 stars. Again, tho, a VERY friendly team, and super thorough.
My Mom has dementia and Linda, the dental hygienist, was outstanding in how she cared for her. It was the best experience I've had at any doctor's office with my Mom. Her teeth look great and she needed it. Thank you!
