Principal Contracting was hired to complete a laundry room renovation. We had some damage from several water leaks over the years and it was time for a new and fresh look. I met with Eric and I knew he would be the one we would hire because of his confidence in speaking about the project. Without even asking he told me how many years of experience he had and offered to share copies of insurance and license.

I hired Principal Contracting for my Kitchen remodel after a fire. Excellent experience! Outstanding Craftsmanship.Project took a few days, they vacuumed and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Professional and respectful of my home. Will 100% hire Principal Contracting for future work.
