Best experience. Spilled hot coffee all over my computer and it immediately shut down. Two Apple stores told me there was nothing I could do unless I purchased a new computer or sent it for repair (over 1k repair and still a chance I could lose everything). Brought my computer to PCBOTIC and picked it up one day later with all of my data still there!! Recommending this place to everyone!
My visit to this T Mobile was great !!!! And I know this location just open T-Mobile service. I had the pleasure of Lester helping me with my concerns. I was looking for a new phone and he went out of his way to make that happened not to mention very polite. I will definitely be going back to this store for their service and to be assisted by Lester.
Super responsive and amazing customer service. I described my issue and they wrote back in an hour and they texted to let me know the response might be in my spam folder (which it was).Will definitely consult them in the future.
