I called them to get a quote on removing a few trees on my property (the young ladies in the office were also extremely nice and helpful). They arrived within a couple of hours of my call to see what needed to be done, gave me a quote immediately, and scheduled the takedown for just a few days later. “Bates Farm has been handling my landscaping needs since I moved to Ridgefield in 2018. They do my weekly mowing as well as the seasonal refreshes of my property. Lee is always happy to come by to discuss needs and options. He is also super responsive to messages and will quickly address any concerns. I admit that I don't know a lot about landscape pricing because Bates Farm is the first company I've worked with on my own, but their pricing seems completely fair to me. As an aside, I once sent a payment to them twice accidentally. I just had a lot going on and forgot that I already paid the bill. Lisa immediately refunded the money that I would never have even realized I overpaid. The Pepins are good people to do business with.“
