IMS has been my cleaning company for many years. They are efficient, reliable, very friendly and are always on top of things. They will notify me of any issues and usually takes care of them. I am very happy to have them as my commercial cleaning company.
My job just started using IMS, and they have already proved that they are worthy of five stars and beyond. The amount of care and concern they have for the work they do is outstanding. Paul Iacuone and the team at Integrated Maintenance Solutions are a pleasure to work with. We have been using them for about 5 years now in two different locations. They are competitively priced, employ competent people, and are quick to handle special jobs and requests as they arise. I recommend IMS to anyone looking for a commercial cleaning company.
