The professionalism and kindness of the staff was outstanding. Dr. Gibson was amazing. I can't remember the name of the vet tech who assisted me but she was also amazing as well. They were both so kind and willing to work with me. How kind and knowledgeable the doctor and techs were. Also the fact that the doctor was willing to work with me to try a treatment plan even without doing an MRI to confirm what the actual cause of the problem is.
Dr Hart took the time to have a very detailed and thorough conversation with me about my pet's health and her surgical options at our consult. He was kind, informative, put me at ease, and came across as both knowledgable and compassionate. He left no stone unturned re information about our girl's upcoming hip surgery: his techniques, possible risks, general outcome expectations, whom he has worked alongside, etc etc etc. I left feeling like our Shepherd would be in the best possible hands for a surgery with him. I was put completely at ease. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We brought our canine partner in for a tumor on her spleen which became significantly more involved than was imagined. Very pleased with the care and treatment she received. Each person we met was friendly, kind and compassionate. The releasing veterinarian took the time to answer all our questions with clarity. Aside from not understanding all "health terms" - in an emotional situation - it is hard for the "guardian" of a "patient" to process all that is being said.
