“I had a severe hair emergency a day before a vacation. My regular stylist must have had a bad day and wrecked my hair. I was deeply upset and looked awful and was going to cancel my vacation. I called the salon, which I had heard great things about, not expecting them to be able to accommodate me especially as a new client as I had heard they were not accepting new clients. But I was wrong. They could not have been more responsive, kind, and helpful. They took pity on me and it just so happened that someone was able to fit me in. It was difficult to fix as there wasn't much left to work with and it took 3 hours, but the stylist did a fantastic job. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The salon was beautiful and the owner works on the premises. I can't say thank you enough for making me feel human again. It allowed me to have a stress free time on a wonderful vacation.
