He also reminded us that if the roof was old enough to replace, which it was, then the seals on the skylites may also be old enough to replace. Was that an up sell? Maybe, but it made a lot of sense, since I would replace all 3 if 1 breached and I would have to have someone mess with the roofing job I just paid to have done by an awesome roofer. It all indicated what a professional he was and that he was looking out for the roof structure over all, not just the quick buck on a roof install. The price to replace the skylites was more than fair, barely over the cost of the parts and well worth it. The entire experience with the whole crew was outstanding.
