I brought my cat here for some tests, as he was having some issues, and I wanted to make sure he didn't have any crystals in his urine. The staff were friendly and efficient. They did a great job communicating and letting me know what the test results were and what they meant. They also took the time to lay out all the pricing before they did anything, and they trimmed his claws for free, too! It turns out my cat was afraid of a curtain between the main part of the house and the basement, where his litterbox was. Big relief, but I'm glad I came here and made sure he was ok. Their pricing is quite reasonable, too. I appreciate that they exercise their rights as a private business to eject people who are being obnoxious and making other clients and staff feel uncomfortable. That one star review down there actually sold me on coming here, lol!People, vets and vet staff end up taking so much abuse. Please be kind to them and respect them, OK? Really. It's such a hard job. They really do want to help animals. They deserve to work in a safe environment, and don't deserve to be the target you take all your pain out on. Hey, clinic staff? I see you. You rock. Thank you for all you do. As an aside, the flower garden they have out front is just lovely.

My cat came in crying, hobbled on his left hind leg. We took him to the emergency vet in Baldwinsville who got him sedated and under control on a temp basis. They told us to find a vet for follow ups. We had only taken to the different rabies vaccination centers during the summers, but we didn't have a regular vet. I have always ordered his flea and tick meds through the mail. I called Cicero Animal Vet and scheduled an appointment. They were so kind and took such great care of him. I not only got texts and phone calls, but a card from them for Christmas. I will never think my cat isn't getting the best care there. And they took care of me, too. I was worried I would lose my furbaby. 5 stars for them. :)

The staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments are on time. The veterinarians are very good with my animals (dogs, cat, parrot), taking time to interact appropriately. My animals don't stress when going to the vets.
