I’m writing this review on behalf of a family member who has used Ropen Health Care Services. This agency doesn’t deserve one star, but can’t leave review without it. Let me start out by saying ChiChi and Vanessa are two of the rudest and nastiest people you’ll ever want to encounter. ChiChi doesn’t know the first thing about compassion or empathy, let alone running an agency. If an aide doesn’t show up they don’t call and let you know. They turn around and blame you if no one shows up and they hang up on you. They send aides that come to the house sick, bad back, bad neck and stand there and watch you do the work. I have had this Agency for my mother since October. While the Aides a very nice the Agency is the worst! It is the 20th of February and I have been without an Aide 5 times and only once was due to the weather and that was after the aide had worked 6 straight days. They don't have people to cover the assignment and are very content to simply not send anyone! Extremely unprofessional!
