Purchased the chair 2021 decemberUsing for little more than 1 year look what happens inside the chair.Everything was ripping in parts.I called the company and they said warranty doesnt cover the leather part..
have been a loyal customer for awhile spent a lot of $$$ these people do not care about loyalty. they try to scam you and tell you different prices before installation. She said she made a mistake on the price when invoice was set.
This is the worst quality chairs I've used, we bought 6 chairs 1 year and 1 month ago. I have had to replaced the back leather for 4 chairs since then.. I was told that this is normal wear and tear, does 4 out of 6 defects in 1 year sound normal? They also told me it's like buying a jacket, that this should be expected. Well this is not a jacket, this is professional equipment that is lacking in quality. Spend your money elsewhere as they will not help you after your 1 year period. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again. They did give me the option to buy new replacements at a small discount, I said no thanks. It's not the money it's... read full review
